At HUISH, we are committed to delivering your wholesale orders timely and efficiently. As a B2B supplier, our shipping process involves both production/processing time and transit time.
SECTION 1 – PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Unlike standard retail stores, many of our orders involve bulk quantities or customization. Please note the difference between “In-Stock” and “Custom” orders:
- In-Stock Products: Orders for non-customized items are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Custom / OEM Orders: For orders requiring logo printing or custom packaging, the production lead time is typically 15-45 business days after design approval.
*Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
*Note: Production times are estimates. HUISH is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). Additionally, products containing batteries (e.g., power banks) are subject to stricter customs and aviation security checks. Occasional delays caused by security clearance are normal and beyond our control.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We partner with major international carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to ensure fast and safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

Important: The estimated transit times above do NOT include the time required for customs clearance at the destination country. Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
Remote Area Surcharge: If your shipping address is defined as a “Remote Area” by the carrier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), an additional surcharge may apply. This fee is NOT included in the checkout shipping total. If this occurs, we will contact you to pay the surcharge before shipping. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.
Bulk Sea Freight: For large volume orders (e.g., over 100kg), we offer Sea Freight services to reduce costs. Please contact us at contact@huishf.com for a custom shipping quote. Sea freight typically takes 25-40 days.
No PO Boxes: We use express couriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx) which require a physical street address and a valid phone number for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
SECTION 3 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Partial Shipments: For large wholesale orders, we may ship your items in multiple packages to facilitate faster transit or due to weight restrictions. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please check all packages upon arrival.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT)
HUISH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
As a B2B buyer, you act as the “Importer of Record”. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, failure to provide required clearance documents (e.g., Tax ID/VAT number), or refused delivery:
- The original shipping cost AND return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If the cost to return the package exceeds the value of the goods, we will instruct the carrier to abandon/destroy the package, and NO REFUND will be issued.
SECTION 5 – LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, please note “DAMAGED” on the carrier’s delivery receipt or refuse the package. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your insurance claim.
For Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. HUISH is not liable for packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Claim Deadline: Claims for non-receipt must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, as carrier tracking data may no longer be available.
*Insurance Note: Standard shipping liability is limited by the carrier. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance.
SECTION 6 – WRONG ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@huishf.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
If the buyer requests a change of delivery address after the package has been shipped, any Address Correction Fees charged by the carrier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) will be billed to the buyer.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier attempts delivery but fails because the customer is unavailable or the contact information is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and redelivery fees.
