Please read this policy carefully. This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all wholesale and custom orders placed on our website.
SECTION 1 – RETURN PERIOD
We have a 30-day return policy for defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report a quality issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 2 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (IMPORTANT)
Due to the nature of B2B wholesale and manufacturing, certain types of items cannot be returned:

- Custom Products (OEM/ODM): Any product that has been customized with your company logo, specific colors, or unique packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is functionally defective.
- Sample Orders: Sample orders placed for testing purposes are non-refundable.
- Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
- Tampered/Modified Items: Any product that has been disassembled, modified, repaired without authorization, or physically altered by the buyer is NOT eligible for return.
- Compatibility Issues: We are not responsible for incompatibility issues caused by third-party firmware updates (e.g., iOS/Android system updates) or specific device restrictions, unless the product explicitly promised compatibility at the time of purchase.
- Minor Visual Differences: Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Minor chromatic aberrations or slight measurement differences (within industry standards) are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns.
- Battery Wear & Tear: For products containing batteries (e.g., power banks), a gradual reduction in capacity over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a defect.
- Rated vs. Actual Capacity: For power banks, the advertised “Rated Capacity” refers to the internal battery cell capacity. The actual “Output Capacity” will be lower (typically 60%-70%) due to conversion efficiency loss. This is an industry standard and is not a defect.

SECTION 3 – DAMAGES AND QUALITY ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
- Visible Damage / Missing Items: If you receive broken packaging, damaged items, or incorrect quantities, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Functional Defects: For internal technical issues (e.g., device not charging), the standard 30-day warranty window applies.
How to Report a Defect:
- Email us at contact@huishf.com with your Order #.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the defective units.
For confirmed quality issues, HUISH will cover the return shipping costs or send replacements free of charge.
*Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for any consequential damages to connected devices (e.g., smartphones, laptops) or data loss.
SECTION 4 – RETURNS FOR “CHANGE OF MIND”
For non-customized (stock) wholesale orders, if you wish to return items due to a change of mind or ordering error:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and repackaging costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 5 – REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UNPAID DUTIES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs duties, taxes, or refused delivery for any reason other than a confirmed quality issue:
- We will deduct the original shipping cost AND the return shipping cost from your refund.
- We will also deduct a 20% handling fee for the operational overhead.
- If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the value of the goods, we will authorize the carrier to destroy the package, and no refund will be issued.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Note: Any transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Bank Wire fees) and currency exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
SECTION 7 – EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING RETURNS
To start a return, you must first contact us at contact@huishf.com to get a Return Authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are also responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred when the returned package enters our country. If these fees are charged to us, they will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return package is lost during transit, HUISH is not responsible for the refund.
Unauthorized Returns: Any package returned to us without a valid Return Authorization may be rejected or disposed of. We accept no liability for unauthorized returns.
